The Surgeon’s Positioning Tool Kit allows for a multitude of different set-up combinations, limited only to one’s imagination.
The black cushioning pads are made of integral skin polyurethane foam (similar to car dashboard material) anti-fluid absorption, does not easily tear, durable, and most importantly, easy to clean. Many other positioning pads on the market are usually made of stitched/upholstered vinyl covered foam, the stitching can trap undesirable protein, potentially causing infectious disease control issues. The Surgical Elements pad will not absorb fluid should the outer skin be breached, this due to its closed cell structure.
